Women Deliver
From June 3-6, more than 7,000 world leaders, influencers, advocates, activists and young people from more than 160 countries will travel to Vancouver for Women Deliver 2019.
It will be the world’s largest conference on gender equality and the health, rights, and wellbeing of women and girls in this decade.
The goals of Women Deliver are to 1) connect advocates and decision-makers 2) fuel global and country-level action and 3) influence the global agenda.
#CARE4Women
CARE will be there to share lessons learned from the women and girls we work with who prove why it’s so critical we come together to end inequality.
Our team will include experts from Canada, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nepal, Turkey and the US.
We will focus on:
- Child, early and forced marriage
- Gender in emergencies
- Gender and nutrition
- Sexual and reproductive health
- Women’s economic empowerment
